Perfect summer dress, right? It's Free People and I found it at Crossroads for 25 dollars. I know. I did it again. I find the best stuff there and I encourage everyone to give it a chance. Outside of the dress, I'm really reppin' Madewell lately (have you heard I'm hosting an event there?). They have classic pieces your wardrobe just can't live without.

This was my airport attire on my way home from Austin on Sunday, which carried over into the rest of my day of a late lunch al fresco and strolling the neighborhood. And yes, I'm that person that didn't shower after the plane ride.

Well this craving didn't last for long. On my lunch break yesterday I ran over to Nordstrom and indulged in the ever growing trend of chunky ID jewelry. There are a few more expensive and probably nicer bracelets (like this Marc Jacobs one or this divine Celine piece) but Nordstrom offers an equally satisfying option. Can't wait to wear it with a light and airy outfit. And yes, I got it in gold and silver.

So edgy, right?

I normally don't classify myself as a 'girl who wears skulls', but there was something about this top that was gritty yet streamlined so I figured what the heck. It's extremely sheer, lightweight, and not pictured is the sexy open back perfect for date night. I found it at Necessary Clothing, a clothing site that I'm starting to become obsessed with (seriously check it out - it has everything). The necklace (by Gemma Simone) is a simple staple that I find myself layering on everything. Really lusting this one, too.

Thank god it's Friday and thank god little cute white tops (LWT) exist because they are taking over my closet. There is something so sweet about a basic white top with delicate detail, but I'm almost too into white these days because I'm having to make a conscious effort to wear color. Perhaps it's because I'm so busy at work that white is just easy, fresh and clean looking. It's darling with light jeans, edgy with dark jeans. This one's from H&M (their new collection is killer right now, i.e. my favorite sweater).
